We are seeking a Claims Training & Performance Consultant to coordinate, develop, and deliver claims procedures and training programs within the Workers' Compensation line of business. The role will include identifying training needs, providing technical guidance, and developing training programs to optimize speed to proficiency and claims handling quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business experience
- 4-7 years' demonstrated knowledge and experience in multi-line claim handling
- 4-7 years' supervisory, training or learning experience preferred
