Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Clinical Unit Coordinator to provide coordination of direct and indirect patient care within a hospital setting. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring patient flow, implementing quality improvement programs, and supporting departmental goals. The Coordinator will be responsible for assessment, care planning, and quality assurance, serving as a mentee and advisor to the department team. This position requires strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Requirements
- Completing a nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 2 years experience in acute care or specialized unit
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia
