Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Manassas, VA; Haymarket, VA; and Warrenton, VA. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care by acting as a liaison between the patient and the team, collaborating with other professionals, and upholding high standards of patient care. The Licensed Practical Nurse will participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Completion of a nursing program with approval from the State Board of Nursing
- Applicable state LPN license
