Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Technical Assistant I/II - Nursing to provide patient care services under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining supplies, cleaning, and assisting with procedures while adhering to established policies. It requires strong communication and patient care skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred, or previous healthcare experience preferred
- Certification from Virginia Board of Nursing (preferred)
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
- Ability to lift 100 lbs occasionally
- Safety equipment usage is required (HEPA mask)
