Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a full-time or part-time Technical Assistant – Nursing to provide patient care services. The role involves assisting with procedures like cleaning, maintaining equipment, documenting vital signs, and supporting the medical team. They are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to patient care and infection control in a caring and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)
- Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
- Certification from Virginia Board of Nursing (preferred)
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to pass a PHL and medical terminology exam (preferred)
