Job Description
UW Health East Madison Hospital is seeking a Charge Nurse (CTL) / Med and Surg 5th floor, joining their medical and surgical team. The position provides mentorship opportunities and patient experience rounding.
Requirements
- 90% FTE (evening/night shift)
- Weekend rotation and holiday rotation
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of WI or holding a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact
- Current CPR/BLS certification
