Job Description
This is a full-time, day shift position for a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves providing support to clinical teams, improving medication management, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics, or pharmacy administration
- Current licensure from the State of Illinois or eligibility
- Copy of diploma/degree for highest level of education
