Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
• Completion of ASHP-accredited residency (preferred)
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
• Be eligible or has taken Multi-state Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE) and North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) to become licensed in the State of Illinois
