Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program (Nurse Practitioner)
• Master’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program (Physician Assistant)
• Active NP or PA licensure in the relevant state(s) of practice
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to hire
