Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant – Primary Care Float

UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide patient-centered care to patients in primary care clinics, including Family Medicine and General Internal Medicine. Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program (Nurse Practitioner)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program (Physician Assistant)
• State of Wisconsin NP/PA license
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain it
• Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice
• Active PA board certification
