Job Description
UW Health is seeking an Optometrist to join the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. The role involves providing quality care, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, and engaging with patients and families. This position is focused on Glaucoma care and offers the opportunity to learn and grow. It's a 40% role, with 7 years of clinical experience preferred.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited Optometry School
- One-year residency in post-optometry school study
- State of Wisconsin Optometry Licensure Upon Hire
- CPR certification
- 3 years post graduate clinical experience OR completion of a residency program
- 7 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Completion of a residency program preferred
