Job Description
UW Health is seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to lead nursing staff in the Pulmonary and Medical Intermediate Care (IMC) unit. The role involves mentoring, facilitating interprofessional rounds, and analyzing patient needs to ensure adequate resources. UW Health is a Magnet-designated hospital recognized for excellence in patient care and nursing.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin with a valid license
- CPR certification
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in inpatient unit
- At least two (2) years of combined work experience and leadership experience in an acute care inpatient unit
- Relevant RN experience with department-specific patient population
