Requirements
- An experienced growth leader with a background in high-growth startups
- Previous experience as a founder or held an equivalent leadership role in a fast-scaling environment
- Experience in building and managing growth or marketing teams
- Skilled in designing and executing growth experiments, building brand strategy, and developing effective paid acquisition initiatives
- Comfortable with technical concepts and highly analytical, with a strong command of B2B SaaS metrics and growth frameworks
- Proven at driving top-of-funnel growth and owning the full customer acquisition journey from awareness to sales handoff
