Job Description
At V7, we're building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our high-velocity sales and customer success org, where you'll own a book of business, drive adoption and growth, and partner with AE's and SE's to shape how we serve and grow enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Genuinely technical, with experience in managing customer relationships in a SaaS environment
- Ability to build an AI agent end to end, understand when to use different LLMs, and get hands-on with a platform quickly
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to hold a room and present complex information to various audiences
- Experience in environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet or experience from a startup or a fast-moving scaleup
