Requirements
- Degree level Education (2:1 or First) with quantitative A-levels demonstrating analytical thinking
- 3-4 years in operations or a similarly broad role in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills - comfortable with pivot tables, data analysis, and using AI to build complex formulas when needed
- AI fluency - already using AI tools daily to solve real problems
- Genuinely tech fluent — you pick up new tools quickly, enjoy exploring what they can do, and don't wait to be trained
- Track record of execution: reliable, thorough, and you only need to be asked once
- Excellent judgement with confidential and sensitive information
- Able to manage a demanding and varied workload independently, without losing quality or pace
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across a remote team
