Quality Engineer II responsible for evaluating quality processes, procedures and statistical techniques, and ensuring proper flow down of customer quality requirements. Coordinates customer/government source inspection needs and supports internal audit program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline
- 3-6 years of experience and/or training in a Quality Assurance Department in an Aerospace manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of inspection methods in the design and fabrication of product
- Ability to work with various internal groups and teams and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal communication skills for internal and external customers/suppliers
- Proficient in MS Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprint drawings and specifications
