Vaisala is a global leader in measurement instruments and intelligence. We are looking for a Business Controller to plan, control and continuously improve financial performance of Industrial Measurements AMER and Xweather business units.

Requirements

• Couple of years' experience in business controlling
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, results-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively with sales teams and translate commercial performance into actionable financial insights
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong influencing and persuasion capabilities
• Ability to drive change initiatives and development activities
