Job Description
Valatam is seeking bilingual Administrative Assistants to support remote teams in Latin America for US-based businesses. The role involves calendar management, communication, database maintenance, report preparation, and assisting with projects. This position is based in Ecuador and requires fluency in English.
Requirements
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence and manage information flow.
- Maintain and update client databases and files.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile information.
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Stable internet connection (8MBPS download/2MBPS upload).
