Job Description
Valatam is seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant (Remote) to support executive staff in Latin America. The role requires fluency in English, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The company emphasizes clear processes, a supportive work environment, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration
- C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an assistant for C-level executives, VPs, or Directors
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Quiet home office with a desk and an office chair
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- Laptop/desktop w/ 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor & 50GB hard drive, headset & smartphone
