Job Description
Valatam is seeking a bilingual Sr. Executive Assistant (Remote) for Nicaragua, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, and Mexico. The role requires strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills to support C-level executives and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced and globally focused environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.
- 5-10 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Quiet home office with a desk and chair.
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload.
- Laptops/desktops with 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, 50GB hard-drive space and smartphone
