Job Description
ValidaTek is searching for an Operations Voice Manager who will oversee all operations and enhancements of voice communication systems for a large DoD IT infrastructure program providing a common view for all enterprise-wide users.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing voice communication operations in a cleared government environment
- Subject Matter Expert on voice communication systems
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong oral and written communications and the proven ability to influence leadership and stakeholders
