Voice Technician

ValidaTek is searching for a Voice Technician to support and maintain telephony systems in a secured DoD environment. This individual will have a strong background in all telecommunications systems and utilize this expertise to troubleshoot and resolve end user issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related voice technician experience in a DoD environment.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and fixing issues on the data network and telephony systems (ISDN, VoIP, Teleconferencing Devises, etc.) and associated technologies in conformity with DoD processes and standards.
• Proven customer service and support skills with leadership and stakeholders in a highly visible environment.
