Job Description
As the Sales Development Manager, you will lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to generate qualified leads and build sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Hire, train, onboard, and mentor SDRs
- Develop and refine lead generation and qualification strategies
- Monitor team and individual performance
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and team coaching sessions
- Manage Outreach sales engagement tools
- Implement and oversee AI tools for increased engagement
- Monitor outbound activities and ensure data accuracy
- Accurately report against weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
- Act as a liaison between the SDR team, Sales team, and Marketing
Benefits
- Base salary range $90,000 - $120,000
- OTE range $180,000 - $240,000
