Job Description
The Access Clinic Therapist conducts intake assessments for Valley's Children Family and Youth programs. The Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives.
Requirements
- Master's degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, licensure in the State of Utah
- CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
- Valley de-escalation certification (provided)
