Job Description
The Therapist provides mental health and SUD assessments, care coordination, treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Provides targeted case management services as necessary and collaborates with community partners to meet client and programming objectives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, licensure in the State of Utah
- CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
- Valley de-escalation certification
- None years of experience
