Case Managers provide psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in meeting their individualized goals. They utilize evidence-based practices, meet fiscal responsibilities, and ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards are met.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Case Manager certification (within 90 days)
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license
