Valley Behavioral Health seeks a Case Manager I to provide targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in meeting their individualized goals. The Case Manager I will utilize evidence-based practices, meet fiscal responsibilities, and ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Case Manager certification
• CPR certification
• Valley de-escalation certification
