Job Description
The Residential Case Manager provides targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in residential settings to meet their individualized goals. The role requires certification and adherence to regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Case Manager certification (post hire if needed)
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
