Valsoft Corporation is seeking a highly driven M&A Analyst to join their Corporate Development team, evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence initiatives, and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts.

Requirements

• Perform pre-due diligence financial and operational analysis on acquisition targets
• Lead and manage full due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, operational)
• Build and refine financial models; perform QoE, working capital analysis, and other critical assessments
• Support integration planning and execution, collaborating with internal and portfolio company teams
• Develop insights and deliver clear recommendations to senior investment leaders
• Assist with internal investment memos and presentations
• Join calls with sellers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
