M&A Analyst

Lighthouse Software Group is seeking an M&A Analyst with strong finance foundation and analytical skills to build financial models, evaluate investment theses, and support due diligence. The role involves identifying and engaging vertical software founders and building the acquisition pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, growth equity, venture capital or a related role
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• High intellectual curiosity and commercial judgment
• Comfortable speaking with senior executives and founders
• Interested in building relationships and proactively generating opportunities
• Organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
