AP & AR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably NetSuite and Invoiced.) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
