Valsoft is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of companies within their group. The role involves financial integration of newly acquired businesses and managing a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
- A qualified financial accountant (CPA) with a solid track record of results-driven accomplishments
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role and having managed at a minimum one ERP integration
- Knowledge strong of financial regulations and standards and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
