Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team at Vodeno, a innovator in the Banking-as-a-Service space. The successful candidate will provide key financial insights and support strategic decision-making as a trusted advisor to a specific business area.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar Finance role, with basic accounting background
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to dive deep into large data sets, identify key drivers, and present meaningful conclusions for decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a business focus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive improvements
• Very good verbal and written skills in English and Polish
• Willingness to work from the office 2-3 days per week
