Head of Product & AI Transformation

The Head of Product & AI Transformation will lead the transformation of Thermeon's rental management system by modernizing the platform, building AI-powered tools and workflows, and applying AI internally to automate workflows and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or product leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience managing both a core product roadmap and client-specific custom development
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to build business cases
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture
• Comfortable leading legacy modernization initiatives and hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows
