Senior Tax Manager

Valsoft is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee international tax due diligence, M&A support, post-acquisition integration, and cross-border structuring. The role requires expertise in Canadian and U.S. corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and international tax planning. Valsoft is an entrepreneurial company focused on growth and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of post-designation experience in corporate or public tax environments.
• CPA or CA designation.
• Strong technical expertise in Canadian and U.S. corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and tax accounting (ASC 740).
• Proven experience with international tax planning, M&A due diligence, and cross-border structuring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
