Job Description
The Front Office Employee is the central welcoming point for our guests, responsible for making hotel reservations, checking in and out guests, and providing information about the hotel's facilities and recreational opportunities.
Requirements
- Flexibility - changing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Representative appearance and good communication skills
- Experience working as a front office employee, receptionist, or tourism graduate
- Knowledge of foreign languages (e.g. English, German, French)
