You will partner with executive leadership in IT Services to design and implement strategic people plans, foster organizational agility, and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience providing strategic HR support to executive leaders
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting IT or technical teams
• Expertise in organizational design within enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success implementing programs that positively impact culture and employee experience
• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders to drive transformational change
• Experience working cross-functionally within large HR teams
• Knowledge of collective bargaining processes is an asset
