The Coordinator for Housing Assignments is a key individual contributor at Vanderbilt University, responsible for managing student housing assignments, residential experience, and related logistics. The role involves coordinating various university departments and student affairs to provide a positive and efficient residential experience. This is a full-time, exempt, onsite position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Higher Education Administration, College Personnel Services preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in residential higher education
- Experience working with student housing software databases (THD and/or StarRez, strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
