Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales (warehousing/logistics preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of material handling and warehousing operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with strategic sales initiatives, lead generation, and value-based selling
- Strong financial acumen (ROI, NPV, payback)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of Vanderlande or similar automation solutions is a plus
