Head of Legal

Head of Legal will lead a team of legal professionals to provide legal advice and representation on corporate matters, prepare resolutions and forms, and participate in major legal actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• LLB/LLM in Law from a recognized institution.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, governance standards, compliance regulations, and business-related legal frameworks (domestic and international).
• Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, policies, and regulatory filings, as well as handling litigation and dispute resolution.
• Experience in regulatory liaison and audits, including interactions with government agencies, responding to notices, and ensuring compliance closures.
