Benefits Consultant, Specialist

Vanguard is seeking a Benefits Consultant, Specialist to provide direction, expertise, and support to business units on benefits program functions. The role will focus on benefits program design, management, and analysis, including evaluating coverage, benchmarking costs, managing vendor relationships, and providing guidance on benefit plans and options.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, design, or analysis
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Com/B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Strong expertise in benefits program design, benchmarking, cost analysis, vendor management, compliance, and communication
