Job Description
Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market, East Region to guide customers through security and compliance journeys. The role involves onboarding, implementation, renewal, and identifying upsell opportunities, acting as a key customer advocate, and providing expert technical support. Vanta helps businesses earn and prove trust by monitoring and verifying their security posture.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Extensive experience with C-level executives
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust
- Experience with security or compliance is preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Experience hitting retention targets
