Job Description
Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Public Sector to manage complex, high-value accounts within government agencies and vendors. The role involves driving value realization, retention, and growth through strategic planning and executive alignment. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team focused on public sector sales and customer success in a fast-moving AI-powered platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of customer success experience, including previous Public Sector CSM roles.
- Proven success managing high-value federal and enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, CMMC).
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Expertise in SaaS and GRC solutions.
