Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in B2B Saas
- 3+ years of sales or post-sales management/leadership experience at a Saas business
- Experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products into multiple personas
- Possess the technical competency to understand Vanta’s software, and the intellectual curiosity to want to learn about the world of governance, risk and compliance
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
