Job Description

Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years of management/leadership experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management
- Experience prospecting into various market segments and personas
- Stellar problem-solving abilities, thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software, intellectual curiosity to want to learn about the world of governance, risk and compliance, and to build great relationships with highly technical prospects
