Vanta is seeking a Manager, Sales Development, Inbound to lead and support a team of Sales Development Representatives during a period of rapid-growth. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, mentoring, and development of the team, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a data-driven inbound strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years of management/leadership experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management
- Experience prospecting into various market segments and personas
- Stellar problem-solving abilities, thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment
- 1+ years experience building and managing a high performing SDR SaaS sales teams
- Consistent track record of 100% team attainment as a front line leader
- Proven track record of scaling teams & selling complex solutions
- Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
