Job Description
Vanta is a cybersecurity company focused on helping businesses earn and prove trust. They are seeking a Manager, Sales Development to scale and optimize their EMEA Sales Development Team. The role involves prospecting for prospective customers, building a data-driven strategy, and fostering a collaborative sales environment. A hybrid work schedule is required with the office being the primary location.
Requirements
- Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of a Sales Development Reps
- Develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity across the SDR organization
