Job Description
Vast is seeking a Principal Flight Software Test Engineer to support the development of automated testing systems for artificial gravity space stations, including Haven-1. The role involves developing and optimizing software, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the quality and reliability of flight software. The position is part-time and based in Long Beach, California.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize software codebases for flight software.
- Mentor junior software engineers.
- Own the lifecycle of software, including operations, configurations, maintenance, and upgrades.
