The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring Velsera's strategically important customers achieve their expected outcomes with Velsera-based solutions. This includes building trusted advisor relationships, creating customer success plans, and identifying customer needs to maximize their achievement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer-facing technical sales or technical delivery roles
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with outcome-based approaches
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Scientific background in genomics is preferable
- Clinical laboratory experience with Next Generation Sequencing is a plus
