Job Description
VELUX Commercial is looking for an Area Specification Sales Manager to join their team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong technical and commercial background, excellent presentation and networking skills, and a passion for creating impact through design and construction.
Requirements
- Strong technical and commercial background with direct project sales experience
- Proven ability to manage the full sales process end-to-end
- Experience working with architectural and construction drawings
- A track record of success in territory sales or specification-driven roles
- Excellent presentation and networking skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- High level of organisation and planning — focusing on the right priorities at the right time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Glenigan or similar)
- A full UK driving licence and valid passport
